Contract manufacturing

Contract honey production is a modern and easy way to produce honey. As a contract producer, you are freed from all work related to honey processing, packaging, sales, and marketing. This allows you to focus on the core task: beekeeping! As a contract producer, you also always have a guaranteed buyer for your honey, regardless of harvest variations.

We obtain the honey we need primarily from contract producers, of whom we currently have about 150. Contract production is an excellent system for both the producer and the packer. The packer can keep its delivery promises to the trade, and the producer has a guaranteed buyer for their honey, regardless of harvest variations. We take care of our contract producers by paying a competitive price for the honey. We always settle payments according to an agreed-upon schedule, which is set when the honey is delivered.

The honey to be delivered must meet the honey regulation (392/2015) issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (honey regulation) and Council Regulation (EEC) No 315/93 that Commission regulations (EU) No 37/2010 yes (EU) 2023/915 requirements set by (food contaminant regulations).

Honey is only delivered to us in containers intended for honey. We offer suitable deposit barrels and buckets for this purpose. Barrel liners must be used in the barrels as needed. All vessels and drum bags (contact materials) must absolutely have Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council (Framework Regulation) based on the proofs, i.e. conformity and migration certificates.

We organize annual Contract Producer Days, where current topics are discussed. The date of the Contract Producer Day will be announced by letter to all contract producers and those interested in contract production in early spring.
