
Order instructions
Select products
Select the desired department/product group from the menu on the right. You can also search for products with a free-text search by typing ”Seek” - field search term(s) and pressing ”Search” button.
Explore the products. Please note that there may be multiple pages of products in a department/product group.
Select the appropriate size, color, and quantity for the product. Add the product to the shopping cart by clicking ”Add to cart” -button.
When products have been added to your shopping cart, you can view the contents of your cart by”View shopping cart” button. You can change order quantities and remove items from your shopping cart. You can also return to browse the online store's products by clicking ”Shop”-link.
When you are ready to place your order, proceed to”Proceed to Order/Checkout”-button.

Fill in your contact details. Fields marked with an asterisk are required. You can register as a customer if you wish. Read more about registration in the My Account section.
”Order comments”In the "Notes" field, you can write requests related to order processing.
Select delivery method
When you are at the checkout, you can choose the delivery method for your order. Note! We only deliver products classified as dangerous goods (VAK) to Matkahuolto pick-up points or, to a limited extent, to stores. If your order contains any VAK-classified products (such as acetic acid and formic acid), the online store will only offer delivery options to locations where delivery is possible. Also, please note that the maximum weight for parcels picked up from stores and parcel lockers is 30 kg. If your order exceeds this weight, you will be informed about the pick-up location in the order confirmation.
Place order
Check the accuracy of the information. Once you have accepted the terms and conditions, you can submit your order.
Order Confirmation & Shipping Costs
After placing your order, you will receive an email to the address you provided confirming that your order has been received. Please ensure you enter your email address correctly! Once your order has been processed by Hunajayhtymä, you will receive another order confirmation with an estimate of shipping costs and delivery time. The order confirmation will also state if your order will be delivered to a different location than you requested. Shipping costs will always be based on actual expenses. Due to the wide variety of our products, we are unfortunately unable to offer a flat shipping fee commonly used in online stores. When you receive the order confirmation from us, you will naturally have the option to cancel your order.
My Account
If you shop at Hunajayhtymä's online store, you can register as a customer. Registered customers gain access to the My Account service, where they can track past orders, edit delivery and billing addresses, and change their password. Registration can be done either during your first order or by going to the My Account view. Orders can also be placed without registering. We do not disclose registry information to third parties.
Ordering cups
Our selection includes a wide range of stickers and labels. You can also order EAN barcode stickers, Local Honey labels, and cover stickers with your own code from us. Stickers and labels are designed for online stores. TarraEditor.In the sticker editor, you create the texts for your sticker yourself and can directly see how they will be placed on the finished sticker. Once the sticker is designed, add the desired quantity to your shopping cart. You can also add other products to the same order. You can also leave us messages in the comment fields during your order regarding additional information about the stickers.
