Traditional crystallized honey 450 g

Finnish honey generally crystallizes quite quickly. Crystallized honey is usually kneaded, which makes it soft and finely crystallized. Traditional crystallized honey has been allowed to crystallize freely into its most natural state in Finland. Hard, crystallized honey breaks off into a spoon and melts in your mouth, just like in the old days.

Crystallized honey hardens naturally. However, it melts normally into warm drinks and foods.

Traditional crystallized honey has the best texture of honey. Honey crystals might even crunch between your teeth as you enjoy it.
