Terms and conditions of order and delivery

Delivery of your order

Ordered products will be delivered according to the customer's request via Posti, Matkahuolto, or Kaukokiito.

The delivery method is chosen at checkout when placing an order. The online store selects the nearest delivery point based on address details. If desired, the delivery point can be changed from the selection box below the chosen delivery method at checkout. We only deliver hazardous materials via Matkahuolto to MH pickup points and limitedly as a "Lähellä -package" to parcel lockers/pickup points. The maximum weight for a "Lähellä -package" is 30 kg.

Shipping costs and delivery time for your order

Shipping costs are determined by the products in your shopping cart and the shipping method.

Shipping costs are affected by both the package's weight and volume. Fragile items (e.g., glass jars) and hazardous materials have a surcharged freight fee.

Delivery time is usually 1-5 days.

Payment

All prices displayed on the Marketplace include value-added tax. New customers will always receive their order invoice via email in advance. Once the invoice has been paid and the amount has been received by Hunajayhtymä, the order will be delivered to the customer without delay. For customers who are already Hunajayhtymä invoicing customers, products will be sent with an invoice. The invoice will be included with the products in the package. The payment term is 14 days net.

Personal Information

The customer's personal data is stored in Hunajayhtymä's customer register and is only used for order processing and invoicing. Personal data is not used for direct marketing.

Right of Withdrawal and Product Returns

The consumer has the right to cancel the purchase within a specified period. You can cancel your order as soon as you receive the order confirmation, at which point neither party will incur unnecessary work or costs related to the order. Cancellation can then be done, for example, by replying to the order confirmation message.

The product return notification must be made no later than 14 days after you have received the package. Products to be returned must be unused. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured according to the consumer's wishes (e.g., labels with producer information printed on them).
